At Highland Financial, we understand that the right people are our greatest asset. The right people are disciplined, ethical, self managed, motivated, team-oriented individuals from a variety of educational backgrounds. We believe that these qualities are largely independent of learned skills, and are considerably more important. We put all of our employees through an intense and thorough training program to ensure they are equipped with the skills necessary to be the best in the industry.
The majority of our employees fill two main roles. Our Account Executives are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with equipment dealers, as well as working with shared customers to create innovative financial solutions that meet their objectives and maximize their opportunities. Our Lease Facilitators are responsible for working with Account Executives to expedite the funding process in order to provide the most efficient service to our vendors and end-users.
We believe that synergistic teamwork is the key to growing as individuals and as an organization, and this is something we refuse to compromise. When individuals work together, they learn the most, grow the most, and succeed the most.
One of our greatest desires as an organization is to align the goals of the company with the goals of the individuals that make it up.
